  1. There is one easy solution to avoid send the e-mails to the clients. The solution is to develop stand-alone messagind system within the Bank service that you can use afer you log in to your account. If client knows that the only way to exchange the messages with the Bank is this system, she/he will never use oridinary mail to contact Bank. This solution has also other benefits to the Bank (CRM) and client (SPAM from his bank is not apperaing on the mail box account 🙂 )
